Writer Moms and Dads
Here's a new contest for those of us who juggle writing with parenting. Writer's Digest wants original, unpublished "When Parenting and Writing Collide" essays. Send your 500 word essays to publicity@fwpubs.com with "Writer Mama contest" in the subject line by March 31st.
Christina Katz, author of Writer Mama, will select the winners. Prizes are publication in Writer's Digest or the Writer Mama website, and copies of Writer Mama.

I get so excited with contests like that and then I get so NERVOUS. Sending something off is hard for me. Which is really odd considering that I blog :)

I entered. This is a topic I have a ton of stuff on. But I bet my view won't win :)

Could you imagine the hate mail I'd get if I won? My just do it attitude and putting me first already makes many angry on the few writing list I belong too :)
